How much advanced payment do I have to provide?

In case of booking of apartment or house the advanced payment is 40% of the rental price.

To whom do I pay the advanced deposit?

The advanced payment has to be transfered to the account of Go Espana Ltd.

In which period do I have to provide the advanced payment?

After receiving our provisional confirmation of your reservation the transfer of the advanced deposit has to be done as soon as possible. At the moment of arrival of this transfer on our account we will finally confirm the reservation.

If the advanced deposit has not arrived on our account after 7 days we will have to cancel the reservation to enable other clients to book it. In case of a transfer from abroad of course we tolerate a bit of delay.

Do I receive a confirmation when the advanced deposit has arrived?

As soon as the transfer has arrived on our account we will send the final confirmation with any necessary informations like the contact number of the person in charge of the key handover.

How do I pay the rest amount of the rental price?

The rest payment of the rental price has to be paid in cash to the responsable person at the key handover.
